Redeeming is quick and easy through our website. If they’ve received a gift voucher, they’ll go straight to the tour experience you selected for them and book. If they’ve received a gift card, they can browse and choose the tour and region themselves. At checkout, they enter the unique code included with their gift, then choose a booking date that works for their schedule. Once confirmed, they’ll receive all the details they need for the day.

Not at all. There’s no rush and no set date attached to the gift. Your recipient can take their time and book whenever suits them, subject to availability and any expiry terms noted at purchase.

Gift vouchers can be exchanged for a different tour experience on a dollar-for-dollar basis. If you’d like to switch to a lower-priced tour, the difference is forfeited.
