About our Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date in order to receive a gift certificate or refund.
A gift certificate for the full value can be e-mailed to be used toward any future Grapeline services (no expiration) OR a refund can be issued, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
Grapeline charges full fare for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled tour. We know this can be tough, but our team needs time to communicate with many different sources already committed.
