Pricing & Logistics

RATES

  • 1-6 Guests: $95 per hour* + 20% service charge = $114 (inclusive per hour)

PICK-UP & DROP-OFF

  • Grapeline will pick you up and drop you off. Hotel, short term rental, parking lot – wherever you are! Pickup locations within a 10 mile radius of either Sonoma or Napa are complimentary.
  • Staying outside the area? The clock starts ticking outside the 10 miles radius.

5-hour minimum*

INCLUDED

  • Pickup and drop off within a 10 mile radius of either Sonoma or Napa
  • Chauffeured transportation
  • 20 percent service charge is applied to the hourly rate to cover service costs, regulatory fees, and base gratuity for your driver-host (any additional gratuity for exceptional service is appreciated and at your discretion).

NOT INCLUDED

  • Winery reservations and tasting fees are not included, providing you with the freedom to explore and choose your preferred tastings.

What to Expect

Planning your own Sonoma wine tasting itinerary but need reliable transportation between tastings? Grapeline’s Sonoma Winery Transportation service gives your group a private vehicle and professional driver for the day, so you can enjoy the wineries you’ve selected without worrying about directions, parking, or choosing a designated driver.

Book your own winery reservations and share your itinerary with our team in advance. Once your transportation is reserved, we’ll confirm your pickup time and location, then your driver will pick up your group from your accommodation or another designated meeting point. Throughout the day, your driver-host will take you between the wineries on your schedule and help keep transportation between stops running smoothly. At the end of your booked time, your group will be returned safely to the original pickup location.

To help us prepare, please confirm your final itinerary and details no later than 7 business days before your tour date. Reservations are secured with a non-refundable $100 deposit, with final payment due one week before your tour.

Yes. All vehicles used for Sonoma winery transportation are air-conditioned and designed for comfortable group travel.

Absolutely. Guests are welcome to bring wine purchases with them in the vehicle during the day. Most groups collect bottles at each winery and keep them safely stored in the vehicle until the end of the trip. Your driver can assist with loading purchases so they remain secure between stops.

Yes. If your group would like to spend more time in Sonoma Valley, additional hours may be requested for an extra fee. Extensions are subject to driver and vehicle availability, so we recommend requesting extra time when making your reservation whenever possible.

Most winery tastings last between 60 and 90 minutes. Allowing enough time at each stop helps keep the day relaxed and ensures you can fully enjoy the experience.

Drivers are familiar with Sonoma Valley and may offer general suggestions if needed. However, guests are responsible for arranging winery reservations for this chauffeured transportation service.
