Wine tours are all day adventures! This tour will have you in wine country 11am-4pm, but plan to be with us from about 10:30am-4:30pm including hotel pick up & drop off. Out-of-area pickups may be available for an additional charge.

Most tours can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions, including vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options. It’s best to confirm your preferences when booking your tour.

Grapeline Wine Tours works with many Paso Robles wineries and chooses an itinerary for the day that considers entertainment and tour offerings, expected crowding, and several other factors that can affect the guest experience at each winery. If there is a specific winery you’d like to visit, please request it when booking your reservation. While we can’t guarantee every request, we can guarantee all requests are taken into consideration and accommodated when possible. Ultimately, your host will provide an itinerary that’s sure to take advantage of the best wine country has to offer and will make your day memorable. If you have preferred wineries that you would like to visit, a private Paso Robles winery tour might be a better fit for you.

Most wineries serve 4 to 6 one ounce pours of different wines you select from their menu. After visiting a few wineries, these seemingly small tastings begin to add up, making it very important to have a designated driver.

Guests on our shared tours often provide gratuities at their discretion to their host at the end of their tour as a personal “thank you” for a job well-done. About 20% is typical. All private wine tour bookings require a 20% service charge, which includes gratuities, when you make your reservations.

Absolutely. The best way to support local wineries is to take home a few bottles. If traveling, the winery may be able to ship your order to you.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date in order to receive a gift certificate or refund.

A gift certificate for the full value can be e-mailed to be used toward any future Grapeline services (no expiration) OR a refund can be issued, minus a 5% cancellation fee. Grapeline charges full fare for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled tour. We know this can be tough, but our team needs time to communicate with many different sources already committed.
