We’ve visited Solvang many times, but it recently dawned on us that we had never actually made the effort to experience a wine tour. We booked through Viator with Grapeline Wine Tours, and it turned out to be one of the best tours we’ve ever taken.We were picked up directly from our hotel, and our guide/driver, Caryngton, was phenomenal. He was kind, polite, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared great information about the local area, the wineries, and even let us know about a nearby rocket launch happening that day. His professionalism stood out—he organized everyone’s belongings, labeled each bag with names, and kept the entire experience running smoothly.The wineries were wonderful, but what made the day truly special were the people we shared it with. It was a fantastic way to meet new people, try new wines, and enjoy an unforgettable experience in the Santa Ynez Valley.We absolutely recommend this tour.

We had the absolute best experience on our wine tasting tour from Santa Barbara. Our group of 10 was celebrating a bachelorette, and everything exceeded expectations. Dawn, our driver, was truly a 10/10—so kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. She went above and beyond to make the day seamless and special, and the team was incredibly flexible when we decided to extend our time. It made such a difference. We had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable wine tour.

We had a great time on our wine tour. Dawn was a wonderful host, and she had a lot of knowledge of the area and the wineries. She was also very nice and laid-back, which made the whole experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend this tour. It was fun, and we got to try some delicious and very interesting wines.

Our Grapeline tour was outstanding -- went to three wineries, all very good, had a wonderful time. Our host Carrington put us at ease with his knowledge of the area wineries and sense of humor. The provided lunch was also a treat, very tasty. Would book again!

Our bus driver was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Lunch was delicious with a great ambiance and we had plenty of time at each winery.

I have been on Grapeline at least 10 times, and I am never disappointed ! I was lucky enough to have Mike 🧢 as my driver again and he is my absolute favorite!!! He always makes sure you are enjoying yourself, is super funny, always has good music playing, and ensures you get great pictures from The day. From The moment you board the shuttle your every need is looked after, and a fun filled day of wine tasting is ahead of you! We did the picnic tour which includes lunch and all your tasting tickets which is definitely the way to go! I recommend Grapeline to everyone who wants a fun and carefree day in wine country.
