I just want to let Grapeline know that the wine tour adventure was an amazing experience.   What made this tour even more special was Mike, he was very attentive, made sure that the bottles & wine glasses were wrapped, named & put safely into a box.   He made sure that everybody was comfortable, and was right there if we had any questions.    Also, he got us to the tours safely and safely back to the Ramada Inn.

Kim, John, Emily... I don't know how to thank you enough for such a wonderful time we all had this past Sunday with our Civitan fundraiser.  The day could not have been better!  Each winery was so thoughtful and helpful in all that we did, and I've never had two personal tours in one day!  Awesome!!  The group really liked that.  Mike, our driver, did a great job.   The group has responded to me by telling me that they had a great day.  We will make this an annual event with each year getting bigger and better!  And our group raised over $500 towards a children's organization.  (It's easy to milk money out of a bunch of wino's at the end of the day...) anyway... I know you three pulled a magical trick out of your bag to get us the larger shuttle and keep us all together, and I appreciate that.  You all really went to bat for us....................thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   --  Greg

I really had a great time!!!!!  Wes was our driver and he was extremely helpful, friendly and always with a great attitude and sense of humor.   This was my second wine tasting experince.  My first one was in Napa Valley, but far, this was the best one between the two.  The winery staff in this area was friendlier and more courteous, specially at Leonesse, Bella Vista and Longshadow Ranch.  I also enjoyed Wes pointing out other wineries and giving additional information about them.  I highly recommend this trip to anyone that comes to this area and wants to have a good time.  --  Rosangela Furtado  (Kissimmee, Florida)

I experienced my first Grapeline Wine Tour yesterday!  I can't believe I've lived here since 1990 and have never done this before.  Our driver was Ray and he was hilarious, punctual, and personable!  Ray was a treat to have and the experience was fabulous.  Thank you so much for offering this extraordinary service with amazing drivers!  I can't wait to do this again!

My husband and I took your Grapeline Picnic Tour on Tuesday, November 6 and the experience was nothing less than first class.  I made our reservations on line and your web site was user friendly and to the point.  I contacted Grapeline Tours on Monday to confirm the reservation and to ask a couple of questions, and the customer service person was professional, kind, and very helpful.  I know that might seem like an odd compliment, but this, more oftentimes, has become a rarity; however, not with Grapeline Tours.  Our driver was Wes, and he was just wonderful.  His knowledge of the Temecula Vineyards and Wineries was informative and his presentation completely enjoyable.  His service at each stop as well as assisting in providing our picnic lunch was impeccable.  We will recommend your services and Grapeline Tours to any and all who visit the Temecula Wineries.  Thank you so much for a truly amazing experience.  Have a happy and blessed day --- Maryann Sled

I just wanted to take a moment and comment on the Superior customer service by our guide for the tour I took on 10/20.  Cindy was our guide, and I've used the grapeline in the past and received GREAT customer service.  Cindy went above and beyond and really went out of her way to make sure we had the best time.  She was a great tour guide and really provided excellent customer service.  The trip was a great one. My fiancé Louis and I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time on the Grapeline. It was our first time wine tasting and the experience matched if not exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide Sharleen and driver Billy Ray, were awesome and really gave us the VIP treatment. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable and fun!

As ex-Disneyland VIP tour guides we are so used to a top-notch level of service and felt that if Disney were running this shuttle there would be little difference in the level of service, which says a lot to two people whose job it was to cater to celebrities, heads of states and executives. Fabulous fun!  We flew into Palm Springs over the weekend from Texas, and drove to Temecula for your Sunday tour.  It was the best part of the weekend!  We had a wonderful time with Cindy as our tour guide.  Each of the wineries were beautiful.
