I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful time on our wine tasting event last Saturday. Ray was perfect!! He was everything we could want in a tour guide and more. He spoiled us ridiculously and took care of our every need/want. Heck, you name it and he provided it. The only sad thing is that none of us got a photo of him! I don’t know how it happened, but we didn’t. He, however, got some great shots of all of us. Please thank him again for giving my daughter such a wonderful birthday. As for me, I enjoyed a lovely conversation with him when I finally wore out and had to sit in the bus for a bit. He is truly a great guy. Be assured that we will ask for him when we book our next tour…..and there will be another. Everyone had a blast and I heard a couple of them say they want to do wine tasting for their next special occasions. Thanks again, Vicki Carr

Dear Grapeline Management, Our tour guide Phillip was a joy to be around, he had amazing knowledge of wine as well as all of the Temecula Valley Wineries. If all of your guides are as knowledgeable and fun to be around as Phillip was, you can be rest assured that your business is very secure in this time of economic despair. This was the most beautiful Valentines Day experience!! We can't say enough about our trip and tour. Sharleen was a complete joy, and an awesome tour guide. She made that tour was it was!! We will definately do this again next year, and encourage our friends to come with us. We wouldn't miss it again. Next one will be Napa or Sonoma. I can't believe we have never done this before. An absolute unforgetable experience everyone should have!! Great people, wonderful wine, Good Times!!! Thank you Grapeline for the best Valentine's Day gift ever!!! -- Tracy and Christi Poole

We just wanted you guys to know that Cindy is a wonderfull tour person. We had a great time, she was always making sure everyone had what they needed. My wife and I would like to say that we had the best time ever. It was our first tour / wine tasting experience. We had a great driver and an excellent tour guide. We had Tommy (driver) and Sharlene (tour guide). Sharlene was very informative and made it very fun. We will definately do this again and have already told all of our friends and family what a great time we had via Facebook. And now we are planning to take another tour and we also will be hosting our own wine party. And as a FYI - Wiens Family Winery was a great tour for learning how the wine is bottled, Wilson Creek Winery was great for learing how to drink, taste, and savor wine; and the son of the owner (I think his name was Bill) made it very fun, and Masia de Yabar was a great musical/party like atmosphere; like you were at home having fun and they had our 2 favorite wines of the day. All in all it was a great day and we will continue to come and spread the word. Thank you for making our first time a great and memorable experience. -- John & Dawn Mendez
