This was the most beautiful Valentines Day experience!! We can't say enough about our trip and tour. Sharleen was a complete joy, and an awesome tour guide. She made that tour was it was!! We will definately do this again next year, and encourage our friends to come with us. We wouldn't miss it again. Next one will be Napa or Sonoma. I can't believe we have never done this before. My wife and I would like to say that we had the best time ever. It was our first tour / wine tasting experience. We had a great driver and an excellent tour guide. We had Tommy (driver) and Sharlene (tour guide). Sharlene was very informative and made it very fun. We will definately do this again and have already told all of our friends and family what a great time we had via Facebook. And now we are planning to take another tour and we also will be hosting our own wine party. And as a FYI - Wiens Family Winery was a great tour for learning how the wine is bottled, Wilson Creek Winery was great for learing how to drink, taste, and savor wine; and the son of the owner (I think his name was Bill) made it very fun, and Masia de Yabar was a great musical/party like atmosphere; like you were at home having fun and they had our 2 favorite wines of the day. Additionally, I'd like to say that changing our itenerary and heading to Leonesse was the highlight of our day... I must say out of all the winery's we went to for tastings year after year Leonesse is our favorite. Their staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. I would just like to say that I have been wine tasting with another tour before and the trip we just took with The Grapeline in Temecula this past weekend was waaaayyyy better! Our host/driver, Melissa, was so sweet and accomodating. You could tell she loves what she does and even goes BEYOND what she is supposed to do just to make sure we are having fun! Even though I got a little hung over...my boyfriend and I still had a fabulous time!

My daughter and I took the Grapeline tour with Cindy on November 21, 2009. Cindy greeted us with so much enthusiasm. She is really a wonderful tour guide and a very nice person. She was very informative about the Temecula wine region and wine. Both my daughter and I enjoyed the tour and the way Cindy handled herself and the other tour members. She made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Her personality is just so friendly and kind. I have taken several wine tours in California and in parts of Europe. Just a quick note to say thanks once again for a wonderful time touring the Temecula wine valley. Our driver, Ray did an outstanding job and as always made our experience a memorable one. We would request Ray again! Our trip was outstanding with the exception of the last winery we visited, La Cerza (I believe), the place was over crowded for the number of staff available to serve and the staff and management were less than accommodating. Our server at the tasting counter was not able to speak English and we had to point to wines we would like to taste as he was unable to understand our request.

We had a great time on the Grapeline tour. (Andrew was a great host). We had friends visiting from Scotland who had just gotten married and they really enjoyed the tour (this was their first wine tasting experience). I've been to Temecula many times over the past several years and I must say I learned a great deal at the wineries. Thank you! I wanted to say Cindy was an AMAZING host! She did informative, personalble and just above and beyond what I expected! She was really wonderful. I have to say Natasha provided great costumer services. I was planning a party with 5 woman (which I tell you isn't the easiest thing to do) and she was patient and great at every question and issue I brought to the table.
I have done a few tours in Temecula and found GO Grape to be BY FAR the BEST!

Dear Grapeline, We thoroughly enjoyed our wine country tour this weekend. It was a great tour and we will recommend it to others. What made our tour so special was our tour guide Cindy. She is a fantastic tour guide and made our tour so special. She handled every detail, is personable, friendly and goes out of her way to ensure we are having a good time and being taken care of. To Whom It May Concern, I just wanted to comment on my experience I had with the Grapeline service. I took my tour on Fri, May 8th. Our driver was "Ray". This is my second experience riding The Grapeline, and I had a wonderful experience the first time, so I was very excited to return. Overall, the day was so much fun. The key to the fun began with our friendly driver, Ray. From the first phone call in the morning, letting us know he was on his way, to the drop-off at the end of the day...he was wonderful. He brought a smile to all of our faces the entire day. He made us feel special, and really brought the whole group together. Please, personally, thank Ray, from all of us! I know we all felt the same way about our day. I would highly recommend your service, and especially suggest they ask for RAY!

We took the picnic tour in Temecula yesterday, 4/24 with Joe as our tour guide. Joe was a knowledgeable and patient guide, especially as the afternoon wore on and some of us became a bit harder to corral back into the bus. We thought that the tour was worth the cost of the service and the wine tasting. The lunch was good. We would recommend this tour to others and would do it again if we could have the opportunity to visit other wineries. -- Gerrie Flaven

My family and I were running a little late, and they were able to wait a few extra minutes and accomodate us. I would just like to say a special thank you to Joe for making our day special! Hi Lori, Everyone really enjoyed the trip yesterday. Mike and Joe and the wineries all did a great job. Mike and Joe took care of everything and I just sat back and enjoyed since normally I have to be much more "hands-on" for these types of trips. Several in our group bought wine particularly at Leonesse because Giovanni did such a good job explaining the wines. Would have enjoyed a little more info on Wilson Creek wines but we sure enjoyed them and the lunch and it was special meeting Mr. Wilson. South Coast is a beautiful environment but there wasn't really much in the way of a tour and the tasting was just that without any explanation. Realize the time is a factor though and really everyone seemed to enjoy the day. Kudos to all! Enjoy the Photos!

My wife and I took the Temecula wine tour last Tuesday. Our guide was Wes and just a quick note to say that he was fantastic. Good Morning! First and foremost I wanted to take a moment to let you guys know how much of an awesome time my friend and I had on your tour yesterday! Wes was our driver and he was so great! I will definitely recommend your tour and Wes as a driver to future friends and clients looking to take a wine tour. I enjoyed the tour so much that I actually spoke to our event managers (I work for the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina) about suggesting your tour to our convention vip's and guests. With that said, they did ask me for future reference if their was a possibility of your tour picking up guests at our hotel. I did see that you do offer a pick up location here in San Diego for a minimum of 4 people, I was wondering if maybe you could offer something similar to that but offer a pick up for our vip's from the hotel? Once again thank you for the great tour that you offer! I can't wait to have the opportunity to do it again!!! Have a great day!

Dear John - This last Grapeline trip may have been one of our best yet! It was a very nice surprise when you popped in on our shuttle and noticed us there as "repeat offenders" and offering us a complimentary bottle of Almond Champaigne! What a nice treat. You are very generous and always a joy!
We wanted to also express our pleasure in touring with Mike M. He is very knowledgeable and even though we have been on a number of these tours, it was, once again, very informational for us and I know for sure, the first timers on the tour! He is very easy going and was flexible, which we have always loved from the beginning of these tours. I plan to request Mike M. as our driver the next time we tour which will be very soon.
I also wanted to mention that when I made my reservation, I had mentioned to Tina that we had been on the tour a number of times and unfortunately, the last trip, the driver/tour person couldn't be as flexible (I know it's not always feasible). She was very understanding and if I'm not mistaken, she must have designed the tour as we spoke, which was very nice. Added to our trip was Renzoni and Briar Rose, which were both very pleasant surprises! I plan to request those again. And of course, the first two wineries are a given, Leonesse and Wilson are our very favorite wineries!
Again, thank you very much for your generosity! We always love coming back to the Grapeline Experience! I can't say enough good things about our experiences with you and all the Grapeline folks!
