#1 Chicken Pesto

Citrus Marinated Breast of Chicken layered with Greek Feta & Basil Pesto. Presented on herb-baked French bread with leaf lettuce and beefsteak tomato.

#2 Chicken Caesar Salad

Torn Romaine lettuce tossed with Regianno Parmesan and topped with marinated breast of chicken. Served with creamy Caesar dressing, parmesan crisp & crostini.

#3 Garden Vegetable Wrap

Grilled marinated eggplant, Roma tomato, roast Portabello mushroom, leaf lettuce, Hass avocado, and creamy herb dressing wrapped with a mild Serrano chile tortilla.

#4 Roast Turkey & Avocado Wrap

Roast breast of turkey, Hass avocado, leaf lettuce, Roma tomato, and our roasted garlic-basil balsamic vinaigrette wrapped with a mild, Serrano chile tortilla.

#5 Tri-Tip & Portabello Wrap

Slow-roasted garlic & herb encrusted Tri-tip layered with roast Portabello mushroom, baby spinach, Pignolis, and gorgonzola vinaigrette wrapped with mild Serrano chile tortilla.

#6 Ham & Swiss with a Twist

Hickory smoked pit ham, shaved and stacked with imported Swiss cheese, beefsteak tomato, and leaf lettuce on a dark squaw roll with a finishing touch of our apple-horseradish-dijon aioli.
