Marinated grilled chicken breast, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, artichoke hearts & cucumbers over baby greens served with parmesan crostini and Old World vinaigrette.

Grilled Portabella mushroom with fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomato served with balsamic vinaigrette on Ciabatta bread. Served with Cucumber Salad: Diced cucumbers marinated in balsamic vinegar and sweet chili sauce.
