We will definitely come back and ride The Grapeline.  I wanted to let you know how wonderful your staff was.  Erika in the office was so helpful with everything including helping us get the best hotel reservations.  Our lunch was wonderful.  Tom, our tour guide, was terrific.  He was very informative, took us exactly where we wanted to go, went the extra mile.  My friend and I couldn't have been more satisfied.  I will highly recommend your service.  Thanks again for a great day.  --  Hillary

Hello Erika!  Thanks for the email. James and I had a wonderful time on Grapeline on Sunday. Tom was a lot of fun, very informative about the various vineyards, and had a great sense of humor! :)  The wine was great and the lunch was delish. My friend and I on Sunday loved the tour and it was a FABULOUS EXPERIENCE. The Tour Guide TOM, was fantastic.  He was very knowledgeable and helpful.  He was polite and fun and made the tour what it was.  GREAT. We loved the calming music he played and when I said to Tom I loved the music, he gave it to me as a gift.  Please show Tom this letter so he knows he was appreciated.  He spoke of your company with highest regards. Just wanted to write and tell you how GREAT our experience was on your wine tour. My sister was visiting me in LA and our Santa Barbara wine day was the highlight of our trip. Our shuttle driver, Tom, was so nice!0 Thanks again, will highly recommend to friends and family.
