The Vineyard Picnic Tour (Available Daily) - Our most popular tour! Enjoy an all-inclusive, carefree day planned by us. The Vineyard Picnic Tour offers hosted transportation, a delicious picnic lunch in a scenic setting, and best of all, all tasting tickets are provided - no waiting in line! Along with the Vineyard Picnic package, guests receive our Value Passport, good for discounts on merchandise and wine purchases. Please see The Grapeline's menu, guests will be asked their lunch selections when booking a reservation on the Picnic Tour. Tour hours approx. 10:30am - 4:30pm.

Chardonnay Luncheon Tour (Monday - Sunday) - Custom Wine Tour for a private group including wine tastings at three wineries, an optional wine-making tour, plus a seated three-course luncheon at a selected winery. Min. 10 Sun-Fri, or min. 12 Sat.

Cabernet Charter (Monday - Sunday) - A private wine tour (minimum 10 Sun-Fri; minimum 12) inclusive of pick up and drop off from any local Solvang/Buellton area hotel (within a 20 mile radius), four winery visits with wine tasting included, and gourmet boxed lunch provisions.

Custom Luncheon Charter (Monday - Sunday) - A Custom Luncheon Charter package created with the assistance of one of our professional events assistants. Packages may include multiple winery visits, extended tour times and lunch options.

Wine Shuttle (Subject to availability) - The Grapeline Wine Shuttle offers all-day transportation to tour the wine country from any area hotel. Guests also receive The Grapeline Value Passport -- good for discounts on tasting, merchandise, and wine purchases at the wineries. Tasting tickets are not included with the Wine Shuttle service, and lunch options are limited in Santa Barbara Wine Country, so bring a picnic for lunch, or consider the Vineyard Tour. 10:30am - 4:30pm.

Do I need a reservation?
Yes. The Grapeline offers scheduled pickups only, so reservations are required. Please book on-line or contact a reservations agent at (888) 8-WINERY as soon as you have determined your tour date.

How long is the Tour?
Wine Tours are all day adventures! Morning departures are typically in the 10:00 hour, varying with each hotel location. Expect to return about 4:00 on weekdays, or 5:00 on weekends. Please see The Grapeline for exact pickup times and locations.

Can I get a private vehicle?
Yes, with a minimum of 10 in your group Sunday through Friday, or 12 guests on Saturdays, private tours are available for similar rates (plus 15% service gratuity).

The Grapeline Cancellation Policy

Full fare will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date. A gift certificate for the full value will be mailed to you to be used toward any future Grapeline services or packages. Refunds are permitted, minus a 5% cancellation fee, with a minimum 48 hours notice.

The Grapeline reserves the right to charge full fare for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled tour.

Sorry! Absolutely no refunds will be issued for cancellations on day of tour no matter how creative or legitimate your excuse.
